Great call to worship

My friend Pastor Peter at the Seward United Methodist Church had a wonderful call to worship today for the Sunday service:

Creator, redeemer, and sustainer, all of our life is in your hands.
We come today acknowledging our love for you and our gratitude for your many blessings. Like children receiving good things from a loving parent, we receive without thought, and fail to connect the blessings of life with the love of God. On this day of commitment, we try not to forget. May we respond to your gracious love with acts of faithful stewardship in all that we are and profess to be. We give you this day the gift of our worship. We give you this day our promises. May our gifts be pleasing to your sight, O God.
